Rather than another generic AI workshop, I developed a methodology that addresses the root cause of failed AI initiatives: the disconnect between technological possibility and organizational capability. My approach operates on three integrated levels.

Immediate Value Creation Through Strategic Use Cases

I begin by identifying high-impact, low-complexity applications that demonstrate immediate ROI. For a non-profit client managing international development programs, this meant automating the digitization of trade fair contact forms – a process that previously required expensive external resources for days of manual work could be completed in minutes.

For a consumer goods manufacturer, I focused on three lighthouse projects: social media content optimization, Product Information automation for online Shops, and internal support automation. Each project was selected for its ability to deliver quick wins while building organizational confidence in AI capabilities.

Technology adoption without capability building is futile. I design comprehensive training programs that go beyond tool demonstrations to fundamentally shift how employees think about work processes. For the consumer goods client, this meant training 80+ employees across departments, ensuring AI adoption wasn’t confined to IT but embedded throughout the organization.

My workshop methodology uses a two-stage approach:

1. Deep process analysis and goal definition with stakeholders;
2. Hands-on tool demonstrations with real workplace scenarios.

This ensures participants don’t just understand AI conceptually – they experience its practical application to their daily challenges.
